Hair Cuts & Piercing!!!

All three kids were in great need of some haircuts, with my sister in beauty school we decided to make a day of it.


Shelby was the first to go after a few minutes of debating between a trim or cutting it to donate it, she made the decision to donate it. We have a wonderful lady in our ward who has breast cancer and what a great way to show support then to donate your hair. So 10 1/2 inches later, Shelby was done. She also FINALLY got the courage to get her ears pierced. She is LOVING her new hair cut and cannot wait to be able to change her earrings.

Next up was little miss Kennedy, she didn't take anytime deciding that she too wanted to donate her hair. She cut 8 1/2 inches off, her after picture is not the best she was mad at me cause I did something. (don't remember now..he he) She also wanted to get her ears pierced and had been super EXCITED about doing it....well until the time came and then she was not so sure, but in the end she got it done. And is also counting down until she can change her earrings.

Last was Braxton... he didn't have enough to donate but he did say..."maybe I should grow mine out now and then I can donate it... with a big smile." The he laughed, and said "NOT, that would mean I would have to look like a girl for awhile" What a funny kid.

 He was a good support to his sister and told each of them that he liked their new haircuts and that it was "cool" that they did that. He even gave Kennedy some money for being brave enough to pierce her ears... Boy to I love that kid.
