"Coyote Butte" , better known as the wave, is world famous. They say more people outside the United States have seen it than inside. That is wild because we were later joined by people from Washington ( a man who had been there five times previous) Michigan (couple), and Nevada (couple). Utah BLM holds a lottery and only issues 20 permits a day. The light at dawn when the sun sets is the best. These pictures were around noon. The high class art galleries have the most amazing pictures sold for a lot of mullah. If you go to Google Earth and pan in around the Utah/Arizona boarder you can find more links with people taking pictures with over 50,000 dollars worth of camera equipment. They are way better than these. To see it live, is the best. The other pictures are of the worlds Longest, narrowest, darkest slot canyons in the world. Once again, Utah BLM holds a lottery for only 20 permits a day. What luck, we were able to draw out both passes in 2 days. We weren't able to complete the whole Buckskin Gulch due to unforeseen circumstances. We will return to complete it another day. It was a good time to get my parents (67yrs old) and two of my nephews (8yrs old twins) to see it. The whole group was 10 people to the wave, and 3 down to buckskin gulch.
