Thursday...
Was Braxton birthday, he was so EXCITED I don't think this kid sleep all night. Steve was nice enough to tell him that he could open his gifts when he got up in the morning. It was the first time I didn't have to ask him twice to get ready.
As I have said before he LOVES Star Wars so No surprise that he got Star Wars stuff for his birthday. He was so HAPPY!!! After school his friend Kenneth and his family gave him more Star Wars stuff, a clone wars shirt and a Star Wars book. He had a great day he even got to go to the Bear Den for Cub Scouts and then he got to decide what to have for dinner.
Saturday...
Steve's nephew Spencer is in the honor guard... Saturday he was helping with the flag ceremony and a game on the ice and the Grizzle Hockey game. He called and asked us if we would like to buy tickets to see the game. Of course we did!!! We invited one of Steve's best friends from his childhood Ryan & Gina Bagshaw, we went to dinner and then to the game it was a BLAST catching up with old friends and made us decide that we need to be better at getting together with friends. I have to THANK Steve's brother-in-law TJ for watching the kids for us, it made it so nice having them with family it ended up being a late night. THANKS TJ we owe you BIG time.
Sunday...
We had my family come over for dinner, cake and ice cream to celebrate Braxton's birthday. We had Mexican food. (thanks to everyone who helped with the food) After dinner Braxton got to open some gifts. My sister Alica and her family gave him a piece of pipe filled with money. It was FUNNY watching everyone try to get the money out of this small pipe. My brother Chad and his Family gave him a Star Wars lego set, which the whole family is working on putting it together as we speak. My grandma & grandpa Davis gave him Star Wars figures, my grandpa & grandma Rasmussen gave him a card with money and my parents gave him a Star Wars Wii game, a soccer shirt and a homemade blanket with a soccer theme. He LOVED everything!!!
