This Week!!

Wednesday Shelby got to go to her friend Caitlyn's birthday party... Caitlyn is Shelby OLDEST friend. These girls have been friends since birth. For as long as I can remember they have sleepover at one another house on or around their birthday's. Well Wednesday was Caitlyn's birthday. Shelby attend the party then stayed for a night of fun. Caitlyn lives about 45 minutes away so Shelby doesn't get to see her as much as she would like. BUT when they get together it is like the play everyday. For those of you who don't know Caitlyn's parents are Steve & Nicole Allgrunn. Steve was my next door neighbor growing up and one of Steve best friends. We LOVE this family and are so lucky to have good friends like the Allgrunn's.

Thursday was the last swimming lesson... til the next round. The kids have done GREAT.

Shelby is jumping off the high dive and has no fear of the water now. She passed off everything on level 2 and will start level 3 in a few weeks.

Braxton has always been a little fish with no fear and lessons even made him more fearless. He is also jumping off the high dive and also passed everything for level 2 and will also start level 3 in a few weeks.

Kennedy is having so much fun. Her nickname in her class is Chowder. She has learned a lot and passed level 1. Next stop level 2. She has been the MOST excited about learning that she was tall enough to go on the slide with out mom or dad. She goes down it again and again and again... She has also jumped off the low diving board when her dad is in the pool.

Steve has been so good about taking them this past week and he has let them stay after and swim with them. They have LOVED every minute. We are going to take two weeks off so that we can do some other FUN summer things and then the kids will start lessons again.

Friday Steve & Braxton headed to Fathers & Sons camp out. It was in Kamas (i think) Braxton was really EXCITED to go with his dad. It was HOT and not a lot to do. Braxton said it was FUN but boring too. Steve was great he had to work some crazy shift so that he could take Braxton. Braxton LOVES taking pictures, so all the pictures below Braxton took... this is the camera that doesn't focus very well. SORRY!!! He had a GOOD time but is glad that he is home.

While Steve and Braxton were camping the girls and I went swimming at the outdoor swimming pool. Our dentist rented the whole pool... had free t-shirts, free swimming and prizes. It was so crowded... it was NUTS, but the girl's had FUN and I even won a Sonic Toothbrush!!

Now it is Saturday Steve has unpacked and is off to work the kids are playing with friends. I should be getting things ready for church tomorrow and I have a BIG work party that I am in change of tomorrow that I need to make sure everything is ready. Instead I am sitting on the computer not wanting to do any of it.
